Subscribe forms are an easy way to get people to subscribe to your email newsletter or site. This module allows you to connect to a variety of services, including:

Adding a Subscribe Form & Step-By-Step Instructions
- You can add a Subscribe Form by first navigating to the page you want.
Option A: Select Launch Page Designer from the Page admin (when viewing the admin side of the website). – OR –Option B: Select Page Designer from the top navigation bar (when viewing the public-facing page)
- Click the + Symbol in the upper right hand corner.
- Under the Modules tab (with Standard Modules selected), scroll down to view the Content Slider module.
- Select the Subscribe Form module and drag it onto the page where you want to add it.
- Release the mouse to place the Subscribe Form. This will be a blank slate. There won’t be any content in the module.
- Under the General tab, you will have options to select the Service, Account, Structure and Success Message content and layout.
- Under the Button tab, you can edit several button features, such as using button text, icon and styles.
- Under the Captcha tab, you can connect your reCAPTCHA keys from Google to significantly reduce spam email submissions.
- Under the Advanced tab, you can set additional Spacing, Visibility, Animation and HTML elements.
- When you’re finished editing, click the blue Done button in the upper right hand corner of the website.
- Select Publish to make your changes public.
Editing Subscribe Forms
- You can edit a Subscribe Form by first navigating to the page you want.
Option A: Select Launch Page Designer from the Page admin (when viewing the admin side of the website). – OR –Option B: Select Page Designer from the top navigation bar (when viewing the public-facing page)
- Hover over the Subscribe Form you want to edit. A blue or orange box should appear around the module.
- Click on the Wrench icon or anywhere inside the blue outline to make your changes. Step-by-step instructions are listed above.
- When finished, click the blue Done button in the upper right hand corner of the website.
- Select Publish to make your changes public.
Duplicating Subscribe Forms
- You can duplicate a Subscribe Form by first navigating to the page you want.
Option A: Select Launch Page Designer from the Page admin (when viewing the admin side of the website). – OR –Option B: Select Page Designer from the top navigation bar (when viewing the public-facing page)
- Hover over the Subscribe Form. A blue or orange box should appear around the module.
- Click the Duplicate icon at the top left of the module as shown below:
Deleting Subscribe Forms
- You can delete a Subscribe Form by first navigating to the page you want.
Option A: Select Launch Page Designer from the Page admin (when viewing the admin side of the website). – OR –Option B: Select Page Designer from the top navigation bar (when viewing the public-facing page)
- Hover over the Subscribe Form you want to edit. A blue or orange box should appear around the module.
- Click the X icon to delete.
- When the dialog box appears, click OK.
