Subscribe Form

Subscribe forms are an easy way to get people to subscribe to your email newsletter or site. This module allows you to connect to a variety of services, including:

Here is an example of a Subscribe Form. 

Adding a Subscribe Form & Step-By-Step Instructions

  1. You can add a Subscribe Form by first navigating to the page you want. 

    Option A: Select Launch Page Designer from the Page admin (when viewing the admin side of the website). – OR – 
    Option B: Select Page Designer from the top navigation bar (when viewing the public-facing page)
  2. Click the + Symbol in the upper right hand corner.  
  3. Under the Modules tab (with Standard Modules selected), scroll down to view the Content Slider module.
  4. Select the Subscribe Form module and drag it onto the page where you want to add it. 
  5. Release the mouse to place the Subscribe Form. This will be a blank slate. There won’t be any content in the module.
  6. Under the General tab, you will have options to select the Service, Account, Structure and Success Message content and layout.
  7. Under the Button tab, you can edit several button features, such as using button text, icon and styles.
  8. Under the Captcha tab, you can connect your reCAPTCHA keys from Google to significantly reduce spam email submissions.
  9. Under the Advanced tab, you can set additional Spacing, Visibility, Animation and HTML elements.
  10. When you’re finished editing, click the blue Done button in the upper right hand corner of the website.
  11. Select Publish to make your changes public. 

Editing Subscribe Forms

  1. You can edit a Subscribe Form by first navigating to the page you want. 

    Option A: Select Launch Page Designer from the Page admin (when viewing the admin side of the website). – OR –  

    Option B: Select Page Designer from the top navigation bar (when viewing the public-facing page)
  2. Hover over the Subscribe Form you want to edit. A blue or orange box should appear around the module.
  3. Click on the Wrench icon or anywhere inside the blue outline to make your changes. Step-by-step instructions are listed above.
  4. When finished, click the blue Done button in the upper right hand corner of the website.
  5. Select Publish to make your changes public. 

Duplicating Subscribe Forms

  1. You can duplicate a Subscribe Form by first navigating to the page you want. 

    Option A: Select Launch Page Designer from the Page admin (when viewing the admin side of the website). – OR –   

    Option B: Select Page Designer from the top navigation bar (when viewing the public-facing page)
  2. Hover over the Subscribe Form. A blue or orange box should appear around the module.
  3. Click the Duplicate icon at the top left of the module as shown below:

Deleting Subscribe Forms

  1. You can delete a Subscribe Form by first navigating to the page you want. 

    Option A: Select Launch Page Designer from the Page admin (when viewing the admin side of the website). – OR –   

    Option B: Select Page Designer from the top navigation bar (when viewing the public-facing page)
  2. Hover over the Subscribe Form you want to edit. A blue or orange box should appear around the module.
  3. Click the X icon to delete.
  4. When the dialog box appears, click OK.
