Slideshow

Slideshows are a way to present information, promotions and other info in a compact format. They are designed to look like a sliding banner, where the viewer can move through the content (with the arrows) or the content will move automatically.

Example

Here is an example of a Slideshow. 

Adding a Slideshow & Step-By-Step Instructions

  1. You can add a Content Slider by first navigating to the page you want. 

    Option A: Select Launch Page Designer from the Page admin (when viewing the admin side of the website). – OR – 
    Option B: Select Page Designer from the top navigation bar (when viewing the public-facing page)
  2. Click the + Symbol in the upper right hand corner.  
  3. Under the Modules tab (with Standard Modules selected), scroll down to view the Content Slider module.
  4. Select the Content Slider module and drag it onto the page where you want to add it. 
  5. Release the mouse to place the Content Slider. This will be a blank slate. There won’t be any content in the slider.
  6. Under the Slides tab, you can Add, Edit, Duplicate, Change Order or Delete slides. 
  7. If you choose Edit Slide, a new dialogue box will open to the General tab with options to change the Slide Label, Background, and Content.
  8. Under the Style tab, you can change Heading styles, Text Position, Spacing and Colors.
  9. Under the Link tab, you can add/edit Link URL and Call to Action style (button, link, or none). If you choose Button, you get style options for: Button Icon, Style, Text, Background and Border.
  10. Under the Mobile tab, you can use the main photo, choose another photo or use no photo. You can also set mobile text colors.
  11. Click Save. You’ll be redirected to the main Content Slider dialogue box. Under the Slider tab, you can edit several Slider features, such as using arrows, dots or slider delay durations.
  12. Under the Style tab, you can set height/width. Since we selected Arrows for navigation in the previous step, Arrow style options are available.
  13. Under the Advanced tab, you can set additional Spacing, Visibility, Animation and HTML elements.
  14. When you’re finished editing, click the blue Done button in the upper right hand corner of the website.
  15. Select Publish to make your changes public. 

Editing Slideshows

  1. You can edit a Content Slider by first navigating to the page you want. 

    Option A: Select Launch Page Designer from the Page admin (when viewing the admin side of the website). – OR –  

    Option B: Select Page Designer from the top navigation bar (when viewing the public-facing page)
  2. Hover over the Content Slider you want to edit. A blue or orange box should appear around the module.
  3. Click on the Wrench icon or anywhere inside the blue outline to make your changes. Step-by-step instructions are listed above.
  4. Click the blue Done button in the upper right hand corner of the website.
  5. Select Publish to make your changes public. 

Duplicating Slideshows

  1. You can duplicate a Content Slider by first navigating to the page you want. 

    Option A: Select Launch Page Designer from the Page admin (when viewing the admin side of the website). – OR –   

    Option B: Select Page Designer from the top navigation bar (when viewing the public-facing page)
  2. Hover over the Content Slider. A blue or orange box should appear around the module.
  3. Click the Duplicate icon at the top left of the module as shown below:

Deleting Slideshows

  1. You can delete a Content Slider by first navigating to the page you want. 

    Option A: Select Launch Page Designer from the Page admin (when viewing the admin side of the website). – OR –   

    Option B: Select Page Designer from the top navigation bar (when viewing the public-facing page)
  2. Hover over the Callout you want to edit. A blue or orange box should appear around the module.
  3. Click the X icon to delete.
  4. When the dialog box appears, click OK.
