Organizers

Adding Organizers

  1. Once in the Pure Church admin area, select Events in the sidebar.
  2. Select Organizers.
  3. Click the blue Add New button in the upper right hand corner.
  4. Enter a title for the new organizer.
  5. Enter a description in the text box (if desired).
  6. Enter the Organizer Information.
  7. Scroll to the top of the page and click Publish in the right sidebar.

Editing Organizers

  1. Once in the Pure Church admin area, select Events in the sidebar.
  2. Select Organizers.
  3. Select the organizer you want to edit.
  4. Make your changes.
  5. Scroll to the top of the page and click Update in the right sidebar.

Deleting Organizers

There are several ways to delete organizers.

  1. Once in the Pure Church admin area, select Events in the sidebar.
  2. Select Organizers.
  3. Select the organizer you want to delete.
  4. Scroll to the top of the page and select Move to Trash in the right sidebar. This should be in red lettering.

Alternatively, you can move organizers to the trash from the Organizer page.

  1. Once in the Pure Church admin area, select Events in the sidebar.
  2. Select Organizer.
  3. Hover over the Organizer you want to delete and select Trash.

You can bulk edit events and move multiple organizers to the trash at once.

  1. Once in the Pure Church admin area, select Events in the sidebar.
  2. Select Organizers.
  3. Check the box next to each Organizer you want to delete.
  4. Scroll to the top and click Bulk Actions. Select the Move to Trash option.
  5. Click Apply to move all selected Organizers to the Trash.
