Contact Forms

Contact forms are a great way to solicit information from viewers for follow-up, Bible studies and more!

Example

Here is an example of a Contact Form.

Adding a Contact Form & Step-By-Step Instructions

  1. You can add a Contact Form by first navigating to the page you want. 

    Option A: Select Launch Page Designer from the Page admin (when viewing the admin side of the website). – OR – 
    Option B: Select Page Designer from the top navigation bar (when viewing the public-facing page)
  2. Click the + Symbol in the upper right hand corner.  
  3. Under the Modules tab (with Standard Modules selected), scroll down to view the Contact Form module.
  4. Select the Contact Form module and drag it onto the page where you want to add it. 
  5. Release the mouse to place the Contact Form. 
  6. Under the General tab, you can change which fields are shown (Name, Subject, Phone, Email, Your Message). You can also enable a Terms & Conditions text box, as well as tailor the Success message.
  7. Under the Button tab, you can change Text, Icon, and Styles of several areas.
  8. Under the CAPTCHA tab, you can choose Validation Type, Site/Secret Keys and Theme (Light/Dark). You will need to sign up for a free Google reCAPTCHA account to use this function.
  9. Under the Advanced tab, you can set additional Spacing, Visibility, Animation and HTML elements. 
  10. Click the blue Done button in the upper right hand corner of the website.
  11. Select Publish to make your changes public. 

Editing a Contact Form

  1. You can edit a Contact Form by first navigating to the page you want. 

    Option A: Select Launch Page Designer from the Page admin (when viewing the admin side of the website). – OR –  

    Option B: Select Page Designer from the top navigation bar (when viewing the public-facing page)
  2. Hover over the Contact Form you want to edit. A blue or orange box should appear around the module.
  3. Click on the Wrench icon or anywhere inside the blue outline to make your changes.
  4. Click the blue Done button in the upper right hand corner of the website.
  5. Select Publish to make your changes public. 

Duplicating a Contact Form

  1. You can duplicate a Contact Form by first navigating to the page you want. 

    Option A: Select Launch Page Designer from the Page admin (when viewing the admin side of the website). – OR –   

    Option B: Select Page Designer from the top navigation bar (when viewing the public-facing page)
  2. Hover over the Callout. A blue or orange box should appear around the module.
  3. Click the Duplicate icon at the top left of the module as shown below:

Deleting a Contact Form

  1. You can delete a Contact Form by first navigating to the page you want. 

    Option A: Select Launch Page Designer from the Page admin (when viewing the admin side of the website). – OR –   

    Option B: Select Page Designer from the top navigation bar (when viewing the public-facing page)
  2. Hover over the Contact Form you want to edit. A blue or orange box should appear around the module.
  3. Click the X icon to delete.
  4. When the dialog box appears, click OK.
